Steps to configure Zoho Mail settings on Outlook 2016/2019:
Step : 1 Before starting, open the default browser on your computer and navigate to the official Zoho Mail sign-in page.
Step : 2 Log in to your Zoho Mail account with the help of your email address and password.
Step : 3 Click the Settings icon and select Mail Accounts as IMAP Access.
Step : 4 Select the Enable IMAP Access checkbox and save the settings.
Step : 5 Next, launch Microsoft Outlook and click the File menu at the top-left corner.
Step : 6 Select Info from the left-side panel and click the Add Account button.
Step : 7 Select the Manual setup or additional server types option.
Step : 8 Click Next and select the POP or IMAP option on the Choose Service page.
Step : 9 Click Next to open the Add Account page to configure the Zoho Mail settings for Outlook.
Step : 10 Under User Information, enter a name for your Zoho Mail account and fill the Email address field with your email address.
Step : 11 Under Server Information, choose either POP or IMAP from the Account Type pull-down menu.
Step : 12 If you have selected POP as your account type, enter ‘pop.zoho.in’ in the Incoming mail server field.
Step : 13 If you have selected IMAP as your account type, enter ‘imap.zoho.in’ in the Incoming mail server field.
Step : 14 Under Logon Information, enter your email address and password in the required fields.
Step : 15 Click the More Settings button and go to the Outgoing Server tab.
Step : 16 Select the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox and choose the Use same settings as my incoming mail server option.
Step : 17 Move to the Advanced tab and enter the correct port numbers in the required fields.
Step : 18 Select SSL from both the Use the following type of encrypted connection drop-down menus.
Step : 19 Click OK to exit the Internet Email Settings window.
Step : 20 To verify your account settings, click the Test Account Settings button.
