Quick solutions

  • Make sure your mobile phone, desktop, or laptop is connected to a stable internet connection.
  • Refresh the Inbox folder two or three times.
  • Look for the missing email in the Junk or Spam folder.
  • Ask the sender to resent the same message.
  • Ensure that your sender has entered your email address correctly.
  • Check whether you have blocked the email address. If yes, unblock it and then ask the sender to resend the same email.
  • Relaunch Yandex app on your mobile phone and check if you’re able to receive emails.
  • Check if the POP or IMAP server on your account is enabled. To ensure it, sign in to your account. Navigate to the Settings section followed by Forwarding.

Step 1: Verify your domain registration date

  • Check the registration date of your domain using the WHOIS service.
  • Navigate to the WHOIS page.
  • In the given field, enter your domain name.

  • Check the expiry date in the Expires On field.

  • If the domain has expired, renew your domain and then try to send or receive emails.

Step 2: Verify your domain’s DNS records

  • Check DNS record of your domain using MX record, SPF record, DKIM signature, or CNAME record.
  • Make sure that your domain’s DNS records are configured correctly.
