How To Send Automatic Emails

To send an email from Outlook, you have to use SalesHandy. You can also send a reply to emails on the Outlook and Gmail application. To send emails or reply emails, you are recommended to mention the duration of time and follow the quick instructions below.

  • Step : 1 First, visit the SalesHandy account login page.
  • Step : 2 If you had already registered to the SalesHandy account, select the Login button, and fill the email address and password correctly. Select the Sign In button to open the SalesHandy dashboard.
  • Step : 3 Open the Outlook webmail. Navigate to the Inbox folder.
  • Step : 4 Open the email that you get from SalesHandy. Select the Confirm Your Email button to display the SalesHandy’s dashboard.
  • Step : 5 Click the Settings option on the left side of the screen and then select Email Accounts.
  • Step : 6 Select the Connect Account button to open the Connect Account window.
  • Step : 7 In the Connect Account window, you see two options, namely, Sign in with Google and SMTP. You are recommended to select the SMTP option.
  • Step : 8 Go to the Sender Information section and then fill the required fields. Select the Test & Save button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  • Step : 9 Click the Email Campaign option at the left panel and then select the New Campaign button at the upper-right corner of the corner.
  • Step : 10 Select the Campaign Title tab and then click the Choose File button to upload a .CSV file.
  • Step : 11 When the next window opens, select the Not Replied option from the ‘Send to Prospects who have’ drop-down menu.
  • Step : 12 Also, make sure to mention the number of days before sending a second email.
  • Step : 13 Once you have specified the CC or BCC field, select the Schedule Campaign button to send an automatic email on Outlook using SalesHandy.

How To Send An e-Mail At a Specific Time Outlook 

Perform the following steps to send an anonymous email with Gmail. 

  • Step : 1 Sending an email at a specific time in the Outlook application is quite easy.
  • Step : 2 Follow the guidelines given below to send an email at a specific time outlook.
