Scheduling Outlook emails is easy. Follow these guidelines to learn how to get started.

  • Step : 1 Open MS Outlook and choose the New Email option.

  • Step : 2 When the New Email window opens, compose the email and enter a recipient email address for this email.
  • Step : 3 Check the email contents and edit typographical errors. Click the Options tab and choose Delay Delivery.
  • Step : 4 Navigate to the Properties dialog box Delivery options click the ‘Do not deliver before’ checkbox.
  • Step : 5 Select the date and time for the email and click Close. Click Send.

How To Schedule Recurring Emails In Outlook

Follow these guidelines to schedule a recurring email in MS Outlook.

  • Step : 1 Launch MS Outlook on your computer. Navigate to the Actions menu and click New Task.

  • Step : 5 Important Note: In the above code, substitute your recipient’s email address for the ‘NewItem.To’ text, your subject for the ‘NewItem.Subject’ text, and the body of the message for the ‘NewItem.Body’ text. 
  • Step : 6 Go to the Script Editor’s File menu and click Close.
  • Step : 7 Select Tools Forms Publish Form.
  • Step : 8 Navigate to Look in Tasks enter the word ‘Reminder’ in the Form Name and Display Name fields click Publish.
  • Step : 9 Return to the File menu and click Close without saving the changes.
  • Step : 10 Now, the custom form has been published. You can use it to create a recurring task by following these steps.
  • Step : 11 Go to the Tasks folder, navigate to Actions New Reminder key in the subject line for this task. In the Due Date section, pick a date from the calendar. Click the Reminder checkbox.
  • Step : 12 Click Recurrence found in the Actions menu and set how frequently the recurring reminder email needs to appear. Click Save Close. 

How To Schedule An Email In Outlook Mac

  • Step : 3 Pick a date from the list or click ‘Pick date & time’ to choose your preferred date and time.
  • Step : 4 If you choose ‘Pick date & time,’ the calendar opens. Select a specific date and time and then click ‘Schedule send.’

How To Schedule Email In Gmail App   

Here are the guidelines to schedule emails in the Gmail app.

  • Step : 1 Open the Gmail app on your Android device and tap the colorful + icon to compose a new email.
  • Step : 2 Enter a subject, recipient email address and email body.
  • Step : 3 Locate the three-dot icon in a vertical arrangement at the top and tap.
  • Step : 4 Touch the ‘Schedule send’ option and choose the date & time for sending the email.
  • Step : 5 This email will be sent at the date and time which you set. 

How To Schedule Email In Thunderbird

Follow these guidelines to schedule emails in Mozilla Thunderbird.

  • Step : 1 Open any browser and navigate to ‘addons.mozilla.org.’ Look for the ‘Send Later’ extension and right-click ‘Continue to Download.’ Make sure that you download the Send later Thunderbird 3.1 version. 
  • Step : 2 Choose the ‘Save link as’ option from the list and select a destination folder for the extension. Navigate to Thunderbird Tools Add ons Install Choose the extension which you downloaded . Restart the Thunderbird application.
  • Step : 3 Compose the email in Thunderbird and press CTRL, SHIFT & ENTER at the same time. The time & date window pops up. Choose the date and time and click ‘Send at specified time.’ 
  • Step : 4 This completes the scheduled email procedure in Thunderbird.
