How To Add Signature In Roundcube Webmail

Roundcube webmail is one of the free web-based IMAP email clients. If you wish to add your email signature to your email account configured in the Roundcube webmail, follow the below-mentioned steps on how to add signature in roundcube webmail.

  • Step : 1 On your computer, create a graphic you wish to add to the email signature first.
  • Step : 2 Next, open the default browser and log on to the Roundcube webmail page.
  • Step : 3 Enter your email address and password to log in to your account.
  • Step : 4 Once you have logged in to the Roundcube webmail, click the Settings icon available at the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Step : 5 Next, go to the left-side panel and click the Preferences tab underneath Settings.
  • Step : 6 In the Section column, click the Composing Messages tab.
  • Step : 7 Under Main Options, click the Compose HTML messages drop-down arrow.
  • Step : 8 Select the ‘always’ option from the drop-down list.
  • Step : 9 Click the Save button at the bottom-left corner of the Mail Options screen to save the applied settings.
  • Step : 10 Return to the Settings column and click the Identities tab.
  • Step : 11 Select your email account to open the Edit identity window.
  • Step : 12 Under Signature, check the HTML signature checkbox.
  • Step : 13 Enter the necessary details in the text field and open the graphic you wish to add to the account in the new browser tab.
  • Step : 14 Select and drag it into the Signature field.
  • Step : 15 Now, the signature will be automatically added when you compose a new mail.
  • Step : 16 If you wish to add an HTML signature, create a new HTML source code before adding it to the Roundcube webmail.
  • Step : 17 Open the Edit Identity window in the Roundcube webmail and click the Source code button.
  • Step : 18 Copy the created HTML source code and paste it to the Source code window.
  • Step : 19 Click the OK button to add the HTML signature to your email account.
